Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed to in advance in writing, the following Terms and Conditions will apply.
Total charges incurred will be billed to client's credit card unless other payment method has been arranged prior to trip. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For security purposes, cash may only be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security reasons.

 

Point to Point Transfers
Wait time beyond fifteen minutes "grace" period, extra stops, routes changes will all be charged a different rate than original quote.

 

Airport Transport
We provide flat rate for all airport transfers for most domestic drop offs. Wait time beyond 15 minutes "grace" period will be assessed extra fee. Domestic pickups free waiting fee up to half an hour. Afterwards, $6/hr will accrue. International pickups free waiting fee up to forty-five minutes. Afterwards, $6/hr will accrue. Vehicles are dispatched according to flights estimated arrival time. East Limousine Inc is not responsible for delays caused by airline's automated system or finding a gate.  

 

Hourly Usage
We provide hourly service to vehicles rented beyond the minimum of 3 hours. Hourly services allows for multiple stops as directed by each client. Vehicle will stay at each stops (as parking availability allows) for the duration of rental.

 

Cancellations/ChangesCancellations for sedans and SUV's will generally be accepted two hours prior to pickup time within the Metro area.
Sprinters and larger Vans or any other specialty vehicles require 5 hours notice prior to pickup time.
Any cancellations made less than the required minimum notice will result in full charges.

Email is frequently monitored round the clock. All staff has access to this group email and any one of our staff members will assist you.

Passenger Conduct
East Limousine reserves the right to refuse persons under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs, those excessively intoxicated, possession of firearms or other dangerous substances. Under no circumstances will minors be allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in our vehicle. Clients shall not interfere with our chauffeurs or tamper with any apparatus in the vehicle. In such instances, chauffeur will terminate run without warning and refunds will not offered.

 

Damage
 Vomit, spilling drinks or food, smoking, excessive trash, etc will all be charged to client as a cleanup fee by the discretion of the company. The minimum cleanup fee will be $250. There will be a $200 fee assessed for each carpet or rug burn.

 

LuggageOur chauffeurs handle all of our clients' luggage. However, it is the clients' responsibility to check for each luggage count, handling and or maintenance. We will NOT be responsible for any property left inside vehicle after chauffeur departs from your location. Please ensure to check that you have all your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
